  • Place return request within 7 business days of receiving the package.
  • Ensure to mention the exact reason for return.
  • The product should be unused and in its original condition.
  • The price tags and the brand tags must be present in their original state.
  • Garments on sale or customized garments will not be applicable for return.
  • Multiple returns on a single order are not allowed.

  • Place cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Ensure to mention the exact reason for cancellation.
  • Orders in transit are not valid for the cancellation request.
  • Garments on sale or customized garments will not be applicable for cancellation.
  • Cancellation process will take 7-14 days to complete.

You are free to cancel your orders, if not sure but before it leaves our warehouse. The process is simple and quick.

  • Place a refund request with return request
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days of request receipt.
  • The refund value will be deposited in the same account used for payment.
  • Refunds might take 7-14 days to reach your account, based on the bank’s policy.
  • We do not have the wallet facility as of now for payments and refunds.
  • Ensure to provide correct details for refund.
