Returns Related:
AnarPot’s 7-day return policy allows you to return the product you bought under the condition that it is unused, tags are present, and you can furnish the exact reason.
To return the product, you need to email or WhatsApp us the same with the reason mentioned.
The acceptable return reasons are size, damaged goods, packaging issues, or incorrect product delivered.
We will accept return requests only within 7 business days of receiving the package. Post that; we apologize; we cannot accept the return request.
Any product purchased from the sale will not be eligible for a return policy.
The return request may be declined if the item you returned is used, damaged, or its original tags are missing.
Currently, we do not offer self-ship. In case of any update, we will add the same to the Return Policy.
Yes, since the product that you wish to buy is out-of-stock, you can return it. Although, if you want to get another product, we have plenty of fabulous options.
Once you return the product and reach our facility, we will need 7 business days to complete the refund based on satisfactory checks by our team.
Sorry, the return requests are accepted once you receive the product and there is a genuine issue. In-transit packages are not valid for return requests.

AnarPot’s 3-day exchange policy allows you to exchange the product you bought under the condition that it is unused, tags are present, and you can furnish the exact reason.

Exchange due to size is only acceptable. In special conditions, we accept damaged or defective pieces for exchange as well.
We will accept exchange requests only within 3 business days of receiving the package. Post that; we apologize; we cannot accept the exchange request.

Yes, you can exchange with other products. Any change in the price will be required to be paid, if applicable.
We are sorry that the product is out of stock. If you want the same, please place the exchange request on time, and we will try to restock and get you the correct size of the same product. It may take 10-15 business days.
Once we receive the product, we will need 7 business days to evaluate and re-deliver the new product. Overall, we will require 7-14 days for the product to reach you.
Cancellation Related:
AnarPot’s 24-hour cancellation policy allows you to cancel the order you placed but within 24 hours only.
If you are not satisfied or confused with the order, you can get it canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the package leaves the facility, you will not be eligible for cancellation.
To make the cancellation request, you will be required to mark an email or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of placing an order.
We accept cancellation requests only within 24 hours of placing an order. Post that; we apologize; we cannot accept the cancellation request.
We may decline the cancellation request if you place one after 24 hours of placing the order or the package is in transit.
To process the refund of canceled orders into the source account, we will need 7-14 business days from the time of order cancellation.
Our team is there for you at every stage. Accepting your cancel request to completing the cancellation refund, we will keep you updated over email.
Refund Related:
AnarPot’s refund policy states that the refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the refund request.
Once your return or cancel request is accepted, post that we need 7-14 business days to complete the refund.
The refund requests are required to be placed through email or Whatsapp only.
The refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment is made.
In situations like this that require special attention, we may approve the refund to another account. Ensure to offer the correct, complete details. Any wrong detail can lead to delay or misrouting of refund, for which AnarPot shall not be liable.
Currently, we do not have the wallet facility for return. But we are the way of updating the same.
Once the refund is processed from our end, you will receive an email confirmation for the same. You can show this to the bank for further processing.
Shipping Related
Yes, currently we ship to five countries, namely, India, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.
Yes, as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched after making payment, a tracking number will be shared over the mail for you to track.
The shipping over order value of INR 799 is free in India. There are no international shipping charges.
Our shipping policy suggests that any order placed after 6 PM will be considered for the next day.
In the normal working days, the time required to ship in India is 7-10 business days. Also, the time to ship to international locations is 15-21 days.

We do not collect or retain any kind of banking information. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, without any information passing through us.
If you receive a failed transaction message, but still the payment is debited, please mark us the mail with details. It takes around 4-7 business days for the payment to get reversed.
