AnarPot’s 7-day return policy allows you to return the product you bought under the condition that it is unused, tags are present, and you can furnish the exact reason.

The acceptable return reasons are size, damaged goods, packaging issues, or incorrect product delivered.

I got a product during a sale, and I want to return it. Can I do so?

Is there the option for self-ship under the return policy?

Yes, since the product that you wish to buy is out-of-stock, you can return it. Although, if you want to get another product, we have plenty of fabulous options.

When will I get the refund?

Once you return the product and reach our facility, we will need 7 business days to complete the refund based on satisfactory checks by our team.

My order is in transit. Can I place the return request?

Sorry, the return requests are accepted once you receive the product and there is a genuine issue. In-transit packages are not valid for return requests.

How can I return multiple products from a single order?

You will be required to place the return request for each of the products separately.

I am unable to place a return request. Can you suggest why?

Frequent returns from customers’ end can raise red flags. We request you to check the size and other details first to avoid such return requests.

AnarPot’s 24-hour cancellation policy allows you to cancel the order you placed but within 24 hours only.

If you are not satisfied or confused with the order, you can get it canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the package leaves the facility, you will not be eligible for cancellation.

To process the refund of canceled orders into the source account, we will need 7-14 business days from the time of order cancellation.

I made payment through the card, and it’s blocked now. Can I get a refund in another account?

In situations like this that require special attention, we may approve the refund to another account. Ensure to offer the correct, complete details. Any wrong detail can lead to delay or misrouting of refund, for which AnarPot shall not be liable.

Do you have a wallet facility for a refund?

Currently, we do not have the wallet facility for return. But we are the way of updating the same.

My bank claims there is no refund processed. What can I do?

Once the refund is processed from our end, you will receive an email confirmation for the same. You can show this to the bank for further processing.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, currently we ship to five countries, namely, India, USA, UK, Canada, and Australia.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes, as soon as your order is confirmed and dispatched after making payment, a tracking number will be shared over the mail for you to track.

What are your shipping charges?

The shipping over order value of INR 799 is free in India. There are no international shipping charges.

I placed an order yesterday at 8 PM but got confirmation today. Why?

Our shipping policy suggests that any order placed after 6 PM will be considered for the next day.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered during normal working days?

In the normal working days, the time required to ship in India is 7-10 business days. Also, the time to ship to international locations is 15-21 days.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered during the festival season?

In the festival period, the time required to ship in India is 15-21 business days. Also, the time to ship to international locations is 25-30 days.

Will I be informed about delays, if any?

We aim to ensure timely delivery to us, but the same will be intimated to you in case of any delay over the email.

My address is wrong, and the shipment is in transit. Can I change my address?

Once the shipment is made, we are unable to assist you with the address change request. We request you to check the details thoroughly while entering to avoid errors.

Can I get shipping for COD?

As per the current COVID guidelines, COD shipping is prohibited.

I got a call that the product I ordered is out of stock. After many days I can expect it to get delivered?

We ensure that no such product is listed in our catalogue. In case that happens, we will deliver the product 25-30 days after placing the order.

Do you maintain hygienic conditions?

Yes, your safety is our priority. Our packaging is safe and sanitized. Our agents maintain adequate distance while delivering the package.

I am required to pay some charges as taxes for the package. What should I do?

Any charges and taxes such as customs and other duties to be paid will be the buyer’s sole responsibility.

What if I don’t want to pay my international duties and taxes?

You may return the package if you wish, but we will make a refund cost after deducting the import charges we incur to ship the product back to India.

I have not received my package even after 10 days. What should I do?

If you do not receive the package even after 10 days of order, email us with the order number. We ensure to investigate and ascertain the issue within 48 – 72 hours.

We accept all online payments like debit cards, credit cards, UPI, Net banking, and other wallets.

Do you accept COD orders?

Yes, but looking at your safety during COVID, the COD is temporarily blocked.

My payment is debited twice. What should I do?

You need to mark us the email or drop a Whatsapp with transaction details for resolution. We will arrange to get back to you within 7 business days.

I am unable to make payment. What should I do?

We would suggest checking the details once and arrange to delete the cookies. If the problem persists, please share with us the snapshot of the error message to assist.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card to make payment?

Yes, we have the highest security standards to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure.

Does AnarPot store my credit/debit card information?

We do not collect or retain any kind of banking information. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, without any information passing through us.

What happens to the money deducted from my account for an unsuccessful prepaid order?

If you receive a failed transaction message, but still the payment is debited, please mark us the mail with details. It takes around 4-7 business days for the payment to get reversed.

Are there any kinds of hidden charges like taxes or surcharges?

There are no hidden charges. Every payment that you make for your order is mentioned over the invoice for transparency.
